  • The material used is recycled and handmade - which is specially made for the purpose.

  • Price includes cost of packaging plus Taxes as applicable.

  • Manufacturing of Eco-Makhar involves skilled manual labour to make each component with care. (We pay handsome amount to our labour)

  • The Eco Makhar can be used at least for next 3 years. Thus, the effective price is much lower than the comparative Thermocol Makhar.

  • Do consider the 'Environmental cost' of Thermocol or other plastic materials used in Ganesh Decoration.

  • Do ask for Quantity discounts for bulk purchase.

What are the dimensions of the Ganpati Makhar?

  • Base box dimensions:

How much weight it can take?

Are there any extra charges and what is the delivery time?

  • While placing an order online, please mention complete delivery address. We will contact you about the delivery charges and provide you a timeline when Makhar will be delivered alongwith the payment process.

Can we store it?

  • Yes, after the Ganesh festival we want you to store it for next year.

  • PL. Note: The 'base turns into box'. Do disassemble Eco Makhar and keep it in the box.

What is the durability of Eco Makhar?

  • If used carefully about 5 years. (We want you to reuse it - The purpose is to reuse it in order to give justice to resources used in making it)

What is the material used to make it?

  • Recycled - special Corrugated paper.

  • Handmade paper

Why say NO to Thermocol?

  • Thermocol is the expanded form of Polystyrene which is a plastic very commonly used in its hard form as well as expanded into a foam which is generically known as Thermocol.

  • Presently, there is no technology to recycle Thermocol. There are only two options: either compress and dump them in soil or burn it, which is known to release carcinogenic gasses.

  • It is serious environmental hazard.

  • Besides Thermocol is VERY inflammable.

Do's and Don'ts for Eco Makhar

  • Do not pour excessive water. Pl. Note it is paper.

  • Take care while using fire / incense sticks etc. alongside Eco Makhar.
